General Description
Microbiology is the branch of science that deals with microorganisms.

General Microbiology, Specific Microbiology, Immunology, Epidemiology, Poultry Diseases courses are given to undergraduate students of our faculty. Our laboratories have complete infrastructure and provide service in routine diagnosis, bacteriology, proteomix, serology, cell culture and PCR applications. Laboratories are also used for education and training of students.


Research Interests

Our interests of research are focused on the issues concerning public health such as monitoring of zoonotic bacterial infections, aquaculture products, poultry diseases.
